What I Offer

What I offer as Mister Ross often comes from a place of what I needed myself.

As a fellow client and a person who cares about personal growth, I too have had my share of issues - anxiety, depression, OCD, lack of self-esteem, and lack of intentionality.

I had to work on these, slowly and gradually.

It’s not a race to be better than anyone, and it’s not terribly important to compare oneself to how you were yesterday, because we’re looking at a bigger picture. If you work on yourself, you’re likely going to be a different person entirely. Comparison is more to show your achievement and hard work than to put down this former version of yourself, a version which was also enough.

I want to help others in ways I’ve been helped.

I know how powerful it is when I’m dealing with an issue to search on Google, watch YouTube, or read a book and notice that someone else felt a similar way as me. The only way that person could speak about such a topic with knowledge and insight like that is if they are vulnerable to tell the tale.

For example, the first time I searched about OCD and found a blog about someone else who discussed their intrusive thoughts, I felt relieved knowing I was not the only one. I hadn’t ever seen a writing about OCD before, and here it was. I wasn’t crazy - I had a mental health disorder.

I want to do the same for those of you who reach out for my help. I’ve dealt with mental health issues and outline them in my book and conversations with loved ones. I want to get up on stage and tell others it’s ok if they’re feeling a certain way and it’s even more ok to accept help. I love seeing people grow in one on one discussions. Starting one’s own therapy practice can be daunting, and noticing when the other person finally feels confident embarking on their new chapter makes me happy.

If you’re looking for help with an issue that I may be able to help with, please contact me.
