I earned my Master's degree in Psychology and spent over 3 years as a therapist in substance abuse treatment—an area I knew little about but dove into with determination and a passion for helping others. From there, I built my own counseling practice, purchased a home on a $43k salary with two roommates, and ventured into entrepreneurship by starting another business and publishing my first book—all without prior experience in creative writing.

How did I do it? By the grace of God, the support of others, and the willingness to put forth the effort.

Now, I’ve created a life filled with purpose, intentionality, and simplicity.

Our work together will be tailored to your needs in building a Christ-centered framework for intentional living. Avoid the fall into shame, fear, or scrupulosity, but instead, learn to live in joy, peace, and freedom to use your spiritual gifts.

(18) 45-minute sessions over 6 months – $3,000
Designed for clients who’ve already built strong habits and want long-term support to stay aligned with their goals. Includes 3 coaching sessions per month and a monthly email progress review to help you maintain clarity, consistency, and accountability as life evolves.
Payment plan available: $525/month for 6 months.
